Le futur de la RTBF est là ... and we are bringing it into focus
When the French-speaking public broadcaster puts their faith in us to bring their employer brand story to life, it makes us proud. Attracting new employees to RTBF requires smooth communication. En français, that is. We started with campaign images and a kick-ass employer brand video, followed by dynamic testimonials with 'un peu de folie'. We also portrayed life at RTBF through a series of reportage photos.

Dynamic testimonials with 'un peu de folie'
No less than 1,900 people work behind the scenes at RTBF, in 400 different professions. This diversity of profiles ensures that there is a job for every talent. Plenty to choose from, but we went looking for testimonials that stand out. Authentic employee stories were captured in a visually dynamic way by using POV shots, smooth transitions and a dash of AI.
